No stranger to the kitchen, Magadalyn previously spent over fourteen years as a chef, which taught her the importance of high quality ingredients as well as essential techniques to help her achieve perfection.
Magadalyn helps individuals and companies by designing and creating amazing desserts to share with their loved ones. Magadalyn creates many types of European desserts and confections for her clients to enjoy, such as: truffles, chocolate mousse, crème brûlèe, cakes, torts, tarts, sculpted cakes, and sugar and chocolate center pieces just to name a few.
Magadalyn’s Sacher Torte won Blue Ribbon at the Tour du Chocolate in Bend, Oregon. Magadalyn has had the great opportunity to cook for the former first lady Lara Bush while she vacationed in Yosemite National Park. Magadalyn has also had the opportunity to train with world renowned chefs such as Master Chef Roland, Ron Ben Israel, and Chef Jansen.
